Bio: Jeff and

I've written songs (mainly on guitar and piano) for about 15 years now, where I taught myself to play on my dad's old Ibanez classical guitar in college and came up with my first melody, "plastic fantastic", the melody completely ridiculous and disturbing to credit cards. Nowadays my main gig as "Professor" classical languages and literature, but still try to kick things close to the old school with my band cover "five minutes slow" and my project (very) occasional gordik. Also enjoy travel and Indian food, and those ads "Burger Sonic" low budget.

Music: delayed 5 minutes

"Five minutes late" (so named for one of the capacity of members eager to have never quite timely) arose already in June 2001 during a rear courtyard party where two founding member John Barton (drums, Brett kimbima, lead vocals) were watching another local band performance. Whether by gangs, the joint statement throughout the night, "we can do this." idea become a reality soon after when I picked up Monday, both teachers, another teacher, Brian stags, play guitar.

Play three infrastructure in place around with acoustic guitar driven songs. It wasn't until stags and Jeff invited (lead guitar and keyboard) to exercise sound FMT really knew. I played the opening riff of flight and "where the streets have no name", and knows the band immediately the direction you want to go.

Missing piece just had a good player, even inspecting group among teachers some Dave Hunt more and discovered with great experience in playing in other bands, as well.

Real practice sessions of jam turned into presentations soon. Starting from relatively limited, found themselves getting loyal followers rather than the band decided to increase the workload. I started working more clubs and bars in West Michigan and played on several occasions to raise money.

Hunt decided to move from the band as his job took him elsewhere, leading to the formation of the current configuration. Need bass player, I found the FMT Sam dertin to fill the gap. In the first exercise was dertin spot on line wrong ladies barinakid "Brian Wilson". I have found FMT for men.

Most music played by modern rock band, although they also have a variety of classic rock covers alternative. Although some claimed to be praise band BNL given voice, personalities, FMT defines their music on the grounds that they feel will get the crowd in.

Any given night, along with U2 and BNL, will play band covers Goo Goo Dolls, Weezer, "foo fighters", Steve Miller Band, green day, counting crows. May also include some Marvin Gaye or Elvis Costello. It all goes back to good sounds fun, good keywords.

And "delay" five minutes of original music library, as well. Soon became the lyrics sometimes witty and smart to crowd favorite music, recording sessions in the works. FMT continues to play West Michigan landscape and also made appearances in Northern Michigan and Ohio.

Five minutes tardy: "John Barton" (percussion) Sam dertin (bass guitar) Brett kimbima (lead vocals and Koppel medium) Brian stags (rhythm guitar) and Jeff (lead guitar, keyboards, vocals)
